રાફેલ યુદ્ધ વિમાન- ભારતીય વાયુ સેના માટે એક મહત્વનું પરિબળ.

ઘણા દિવસથી સમાચાર પત્ર અને મીડિયા માં અને ઘણા પોલિટિકલ પાર્ટીઓ દ્વારા રાફેલ ડીલ ઉપર ઘણા બધા અભિપ્રાયો આક્ષેપો પ્રતિઆક્ષેપો થઈ રહ્યા છે.

આ લેખ પ્રકાશિત કરવાનું કારણ એટલું જ છે કે ઘણા સમયથી ભારતીય વાયુ સેના અને ભારતીય સેના અને ભારતીય જળ સેના ઉપર ઘણી ખોટી રીતે થોડી જ આંગળીના વેઢે ગણાય એટલી પોલિટીકલ પાર્ટીઓ દ્વારા ભ્રમ ફેલાવવામાં આવી રહ્યો છે. 

અને જેટલા લોકો રાફેલ ડીલ નો વિરોધ કરી રહ્યા છે એ ઘણા લોકોને ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાની કાર્યકરણી અને જવાબદારીનો જરા પણ અંદેશો નથી. પ્રત્યક્ષ અને પરોક્ષ રીતે તેઓ ભારતીય વાયુ સેનાના અને સેનાના જવાનોનું મનોબળ તોડી રહ્યા છે.

કોઈ પણ દેશ માટે સેના નું મહત્વ કેટલું છે, એ કોઈ ચર્ચાનો વિષય નથી. પ્રત્યેક દેશ માટે એની સેના એ મોટામાં મોટું સંરક્ષણ પરિબળ છે. અને ભારત દેશની સેનાનો વિજયંત અને ગૌરવપૂર્ણ ઇતિહાસ રહેલ છે અને તેનો વર્તમાન પણ એટલો જ ગૌરવપૂર્ણ છે. 

ભારતીય વાયુ સેના એ વિશ્વની સૌથી આધુનિક વાયુસેના માંથી એક છે.

8 ઓક્ટોબર ૧૯૩૨ ના દિવસે ભારતીય વાયુસેનાની સ્થાપના થયેલી.

કોઈ પણ દેશ માટે વાયુ સેના કેટલી જરૂરી છે એને સમજી લઈએ. જર્મની એ પહેલા વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન ઘણા બધા હવાઈ હુમલા બ્રિટિશ શહેરો પર કરેલા. આવા સૌથી વધારે નુકસાન બ્રિટન અને ઘણા બધા દેશો ન થયેલું. પ્રથમ વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન દુનિયાના ઘણા દેશો ને એટલો અંદાજો પણ નહોતો કે કોઇ બીજા દેશનું યુદ્ધ વિમાન અને તેની વાયુસેના આટલો બધો વિનાશ નોતરી શકશે. જર્મનીએ પ્રથમ વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન કરેલા અગણિત હવાઈ હુમલાઓ ના જવાબ આપવા માટે, બ્રિટન અને અમેરિકાએ પોતાની અલાયદી વાયુસેના સ્થાપવાની જરૂર પડી. જેનો મૂળભૂત હેતુ ફક્ત અને ફક્ત આકાશી હવાઈ હુમલા ના જવાબ આપવા માટે જ તેની સ્થાપના કરવાની જરૂર પડી. 

દ્વિતીય વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન દુનિયાના ઘણા ખરા દેશોને પોતાની અલાયદી વ્યવસ્થા સ્થાપવા ની જરૂર પડી અને બ્રિટન, અમેરિકા, જાપાન, રશિયા સાધન-સંપન્ન દેશોએ પોતાની આગવી વાયુસેનાનો વિકાસ કર્યો. 

તે દિવસોના વખતમાં ભારત બ્રિટિશ રાજ ને પરાધીન હતું, છતાં પણ બ્રિટિશરોએ ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનું સ્થાપન કર્યું. ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનું સ્થાપન બ્રિટિશરોએ દ્વિતીય વિશ્વયુદ્ધ દરમિયાન પોતાના દેશને બચાવવા અને પોતાના મિત્ર દેશોની સાથે લડવા માટે ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનું સ્થાપન કર્યું. 

૧૯૪૭ થી ૨૦૧૮ સુધી તકનીકી ક્ષેત્રે ભારતીય અને વિશ્વનો સંરક્ષણ સંદર્ભમાં ઘણો વિકાસ થયો છે. 

આજે ભારત પોતાના મિત્ર દેશોથી ઘેરાયેલું નથી, પાકિસ્તાન,ચીન, બાંગ્લાદેશ આ ત્રણેય દેશો ઉપર ભરોસો રાખી શકાય તેમ નથી. પાકિસ્તાન અને ચીન તેમની નફફટાઈ માટે કુખ્યાત છે.

અને જો કાલે ઉઠીને જો ભારતને સંપૂર્ણ કક્ષાનું યુદ્ધ ખેલવું પડે તો તેના માટે વાયુ સેના જળ સેના અને સ્થળ સેના આ ત્રણેય સેનાઓને તકનીકી આધુનિકરણ અને સૌથી ભરોસાપાત્ર અને ખૂંખાર શસ્ત્રો જોઈએ. 

કદાચિત ઘણા નેતાઓ અને ભારતીય નાગરિકોને ખ્યાલ નહીં હોય, પણ ભારતીય વાયુ સેના ને નવીન તકનીકી અને આધુનિક શસ્ત્રોથી ભરપૂર એક સંપૂર્ણ કક્ષાનું લડાયક વિમાનની તાતી જરૂરિયાત હતી. 

ભારતીય વાયુસેના પાસે સંપૂર્ણ સ્વદેશી કક્ષાએ વિકસાવેલું એચએએલ તેજસ ફાઈટર પ્લેન છે. 

તેના સિવાય જરા આંકડા ઉપર નજર મારી લો કે ભારતીય વાયુ સેના પાસે ફાઈટર કહેવાતા લડાયક વિમાનો ની સંખ્યા કેટલી છે.

ભારતીય વાયુ સેના પાસે સૌથી મોટી સંખ્યામાં મિગ-21 રશિયન બનાવટના સૌથી જૂનામાં જૂના લડાયક પ્લેન છે. 

મિગ-૨૧ રશિયન બનાવટના સૌથી જૂનામાં જૂના ૨૪૪ લડાયક વિમાનો ભારતીય વાયુસેનામાં સામેલ છે. મિગ-૨૧ એ ૧૯૫૯ની બનાવટ નું ફાઈટર પ્લેન છે. આજની વર્તમાન પરિસ્થિતિ પ્રમાણે મિગ -૨૧, એ યુદ્ધ અનુકૂળ નથી. મિગ -૨૧ ફક્ત ભારતીય વાયુ સેના ના પાયલોટોને તાલીમ આપવા માટે અને ફક્ત પરીક્ષણ ફ્લાઇટ માટે વાપરવામાં આવે છે. 

જરા શાંત ચિત્તે વિચાર કરીએ તો ભારતીય વાયુ સેના સૌથી વધારે સંખ્યા ધરાવતું ફાઈટર પ્લેન એ તદ્દન જુનવાણી ટેકનોલોજી ધરાવતું પ્લેન છે. જ્યારે એકબાજુ પાકિસ્તાને પાસે અમેરિકા તરફથી એફ- ૧૬ મળેલ છે, અને ચીન તરફથી તકનીકી સહયોગમાં જે એફ- ૧૭, બનાવેલ છે, 

પાકિસ્તાન પાસે જે એફ- ૧૭ - ટોટલ ૧૦૦  લડાયક વિમાનો છે. 

જરા વિચાર કરો ભારત જેવા આવડા મોટા દેશ પાસે જનવાણી ટેકનોલોજી ધરાવતા ૨૪૪ જૂના લડાયક વિમાનો છે. જ્યારે ખોબા જેવડા પાકિસ્તાન પાસે ૧૦૦ લડાયક વિમાનો છે. જો કાલે ઊઠીને પાકિસ્તાન સખણું ના રહે અને ભારત પર પૂર્ણ કક્ષાનું યુદ્ધ જાહેર કરી દે, તો ભારત પાસે જવાબ આપવા માટે ચડિયાતા વિમાનો હોવા જરૂરી છે, તદ્દન આધુનિક કક્ષાના થોડા જ લડાયક વિમાનો યુદ્ધનું પરિણામ બદલવા સક્ષમ છે. 

અને ચીન પર પણ ભરોસો થાય એમ નથી, ચીન પાકિસ્તાન અને બાંગ્લાદેશ આ ત્રણેય પડોશીઓને દાબમાં રાખવા માટે ભારત પાસે સૌથી આધુનિક કક્ષાના ઉપકરણ હોવા જરૂરી છે. આજે પાકિસ્તાને ચીન ના સહયોગથી પોતાનું લડાયક વિમાન વિકસાવેલ છે, તેને જવાબ આપવા અને તેને દાબમાં રાખવા માટે ભારત પાસે અલાયદુ લડાયક વિમાન હોવું જરૂરી છે, અને તેના માટે જ આ રાફેલ સોદો ઘણો જ વિલક્ષણ છે..

આજે સામાન્ય નાગરિક જો વર્ષે-બે વર્ષે પોતાનો મોબાઈલ ફોન ગાડી નવા ટેકનોલોજી પ્રમાણે અપડેટ કરતો હોય, તો દેશની રક્ષા માટે ટેકનોલોજીકલ એડવાન્સમેન્ટ ઘણું જરૂરી છે. ભારત દેશે ક્યારે આક્રમણનો પ્રયાસ નથી કર્યો, પણ પોતાની દેશની રક્ષા માટે ભારત પાસે સબળા શસ્ત્રો હોવા જરૂરી છે. અને તેના માટે જ આ રાફેલ સોદો ઘણો મહત્ત્વ ધરાવે છે. 

આજે દુનિયાના ઘણા દેશો પોતાના દેશની ટેકનોલોજી એ બીજાના દેશ જોડે ક્યારે  પણ વેચવા સંમત ન થતાં. 

આજે અમેરિકા પોતાને ભારતનું મિત્ર ગણાવે છે પણ અમેરિકાએ ભારતને કદી પણ સંરક્ષણ ટેકનોલોજીકલ ક્ષેત્ર માં મદદ કરી નથી. ઊલટાનું પાકિસ્તાનને પોતાના લડાયક વિમાનો વેચેલા છે.

ફક્ત રશિયા એક એવો દેશ છે જેણે ભારતને ખુલ્લેઆમ ટેકનોલોજીકલ સહકાર આપવાની હિંમત કરી છે.

આજે થોડી ઘણી પોલિટિકલ પાર્ટીઓ પોતાના નિજી સ્વાર્થ ખાતર રાફેલ ડીલ ઉપર ખોટો જ પ્રચાર કરી રહી છે. તેમને ભારતના સંરક્ષણ ઉપર કોઈ જ ચિંતા નથી, ફક્ત ભ્રામક પ્રચાર કરવો એ જ એમનો ઉદ્દેશ્ય છે.  

આપણે ઘણી વખત સમાચાર પત્રો અને ન્યુઝ ચેનલમાં સાંભળ્યું હશે કે આજે ભારતીય વાયુસેનાનું વિમાન તાલીમ દરમ્યાન તુટી પડ્યું, 

એક ફાઇટર પાઇલોટ ને તાલીમ આપવામાં ત્રણ વર્ષ અથવા તો વધારે નો સમય વીતી જાય છે. છેલ્લાં વીસ વર્ષોમાં યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ અથવા તો ટ્રેનીંગ દરમ્યાન ૧૦૦ થી વધારે પાયલોટોએ પોતાનો જીવ ગુમાવ્યો છે. પોતાના દેશની વાયુસેના માટે સૌથી આધુનિક વિમાનની તાતી જરૂરિયાત અત્યારે સૌથી વધારે છે. 

આપણા દેશના પાયલોટે હજુ પણ જૂના રશિયન બનાવટના વિમાન ઉપર તાલીમ લઇ રહ્યા છે, અત્યારે હાલની તારીખમાં પણ ભારતીય વાયુ સેના પાસે જુનવાણી તાલીમી વિમાનો છે.

The Death of a Warrior

It was a Very Hot day on a Farm. The Sun is very Hot In flames.

Sakaro a Farmer was very much worried about his crop, if the crop is not saved by watering within coming couple days it's all gone for him.

He was working on his crop from last four months. he took a good amount of money from a Rich & Notorious Man, who has kept his Home, A barn, for his loan which he was unable to paid. 

His Farm is Between a Border of the Tribal Village & Kingdom. It's often a tension Raise for claiming on the land. 

The King Shenshu Nokumaru is an Always Want to expand his kingdom By capturing Villages, Tribal Areas. 

A Tyrant Who has an Army of 30,000 soldiers can do anything to for him. but A Tribal men & women has already made their mind by not leaving their ancestral land to some a Greedy king, they are resilient fighters, they had their thousand years of Surviving Skills, the King's Army has Fought very well last time about a year Ago in a battlefield but king’s army had lost. Which bring the ultimate Shame to the king himself? 

The King Is waiting to get his revenge, he has an evil plan on his mind, is about to execute. 

On the Other Side Tribal Head, Nakora has always a Fear, that king will do something horrible, He has Already Prepared his army of Skilled Warriors battle ready. 

The Sun is Down, Sakaro has returned home, His wife was waiting & children are eagerly to start their dinner, because both children are hungry. The family had their dinner & about to get sleep.  

They enjoyed their dinner & go to sleep.

In the early night Sakaro heard some voices & opened window to look what's happening, what he has saw, he freezes instantly, His Crop is Burning, His barn is burning, He can see a faces that can't be forgotten easily, They were king's Soldiers, Fighting with the Tribal Men, women. 

He Quickly Knows that king's Soldiers attacked tribal in the night & they Didn't had much time to retaliate, they were Running from them, Hiding in his farm, in a barn, they had burned his farm & barn to killed them all. 

Sakaro has Seen a Danger is coming to his house, he wake his wife & children, told them to Go far as possible. But it was too late. 

Soldiers had broken His house & fetch them out on open land accusing them to supporting tribal men against king's Order. 

Sakaro told them it was A mistake, he didn't Know about any tribal men hiding in a farm or stable, he told them, he is a farmer, he is not a part of this conspiracy, He ask any tribal men to verify his story, but sadly every tribal Men, Women. Children, Even Elderly Gets killed. 

Sakaro is helpless. He told them repeatedly not to harm him & his family. 

But Army Chief is not seems convincing, He Gave Order to kill them all. 

Sakaro Beg to his feet but no one listen to him, They Killed his wife first & then his children, 

Sakaro Seen his family killed with his eyes, he has lost everything in no time. He was thinking he didn't do anything wrong, still he had lost everything due to some greedy king's Ego. 

A chief is about to kill Sakaro with his "KATANA” (A very Sharp Japanese sward). He swings Sword to kill him but Sakaro moves Quickly & Grab his sward & Swing towards Army Chief & with a one Swing he cut his head off. 

Neither has He imagined how much force came from Him. Nor the soldiers. May be It's Just a Anger & Pain He has felt It was Released with a one single swing of a Sward. 

King's Small Army Is stunned what they had witnessed; Their Chief is Dead & no one there to lead them. 

Surprisingly Soldiers were Regaining their Consciousness, they Know they can't go back without Fight or empty Handed, They Had Started to attack Sakaro from every corner, Sakaro Realise that ''  He can't go back, He Swings his sward to Every Direction without even knowing his wounds is killing him. 

He Fought without Knowing his opponents are no more there to strike. Everyone is dead in the Field; Blood is spread in the field. 

Sakaro is losing his Vision, his life is flashing in between blinks. 

As The Sun Rise Slowly In the Sky, Sakaro is Dying. No one is near.

In the End a Warrior dies.  

But who is the warrior?

A King's Soldiers who were followed His order.

  

A Tribal People who fought for Their Ancestral Land & Pride. 

A farmer who works hard & wants keep His Family alive.

Policy of the Organization Individual is highly appreciated in corporate world.

Policy-

1.             A course or principle of action adopted or proposed by an organization or individual.

Many times we have heard /mentioned this Word, we ignore, Neglect or not even paying attention to it.  I had chosen this topic due to explaining significance of POLICY on individual level.  I don’t encourage not following or ignoring Organization policy but your own policy has to be made or create for daily challenges / Survival Decision in the corporate.

Being in a corporate world over a Decade, I had learnt a Few things on my own. Over the years Transferred to a various Departments, SBU (strategic business units), & Assigned to New Role of Responsibilities, I had realized that your own Set of thinking is much needed. 

While on a daily job you have to make Decisions/Sacrifices on for survival or to perform a Task/ project. You had to Deal with All kind of People, means all kind, competitions, Rivals, Gamers, which are be present in real time & will be ready for you to harm, stop/ manipulate. For your own good you have to be investigating around your environment, Concern People, gamer etc. cause they are Really Observing you to Be unsuccessful on an every moments.  

Performing a Duty/ task contains Efforts on individual & Coordination with others. Which is sometimes a pain in the butt? Cause you can do your part easily but captivating a task/duty from others is tricky cause every people is not nice as seems, some are seems nice but not for real. They may have Delay your Task just to go under your skin because these kinds of people are making fun to hamper your schedule.  So how can be deal with it? Just follow this Simple Policy.

It’s called W.I.T.H Policy.

W         = Warning

I           = Ignore

T          = Tolerance

H          = Hit’s Back

 W   = Warning

This is the very Effective step to deal with Nuisance around your Surroundings. Sometimes to deal with the Culprits is only to be stand up say ‘’ PAL back off or I ‘will take actions. This works sometimes. Because some people are just show off & when you’re Man up they go straight to the path & never Cross u again.

I     = Ignore

Ignorance is bliss saying is very perfect in corporate world. Cause There are this type of people is just to make a an impression by showing off. Some people are not worthy enough for your anger/ attention. Just don’t entertain them. Just pass by them & they get a lesson.  

T     = Tolerance

Yeah you heard me Right, some People Are not Afraid of you because they are more powerful Experienced & much senior then you. In that case you just have to be patient for being reasonable. After Tolerating enough then you can make a statement for not getting result.

H    = Hit’s Back

Some People Are not worthy of your Fortitude, this kind is to be teaches instantly, cause they think they are untouchables, they owns the place, and they don’t follow your request to cooperate they just want to throw u under the bus. This kind of humanity needs some serious attitude adjustment. That you can make on your own. Just Bring you’re a game & Hit’s back hardly. Cause not every time warning, ignorance, tolerance works. Just load the gun & fire.

This is for your own Good, Next time Remember you are W.I.T.H the policy.

It's good to be bad in the corporate world

Have you ever wondered Why bad people are the most successful persons in the business.

Your seen so many seniors bosses, managers supervisors, your fellow colleagues who is terribly bad on their attitudes. 

Why this persons are getting more Limelight than yours, it's not because you are good, it's not because they are bad, it's your perception of scenario decides who is bad and who is good.

You want to be good then be good with your family, friends, elders. 

At work you are the incharge of your job, don't let other person to tell you how to do your job, if someone tells you that you have to do your job properly then it's the time to think inside, before lashing on someone with harsh words.

At your job you are being paid for to do the job. not to be being good with everybody.

Goodness must have a presence in your nature. But don't show goodness into your task or job, when you have to interact with so many people, it is General principle of the human nature “people will always take advantage of good nature”. 

It's OK to help a needy person who is desperate & actually might need your help at the time. But identify the persons who is habitual to take advantage of your goodness every time and not showing gratitude.

You can have a glimpse of this people in your everyday, your colleague who is not able to finish his or her assignment on the time and asking for your help on the weekends when you have plan something bigger or something other are you haven't plant at all but they are asking for your precious time that you can spend which your family.

Have you ever observed that your manager is Furious, when the given task is not completed and not reporting in properly manners. because they have a job to complete and they have paid to observe and manage the resources provided to them, That's why most of the manager are successful because they are keeping a close watch on there subordinates and juniors, they are working operation on every task which you are performing and your team is performing. They give brutal word bomb if you and your team is not functioning well. 

You don't have to think out taking this personally, if you have a similar kind of situation at the job, I am not talking about every manager, but some managers are really bad at the communication, appreciation, functionality wise. Whose complete job is to criticize every action of the team. Believe me this kind of managers don't get respect. 

If someone is taking job seriously and asking for the progress of the task and taking proactive follow up and keep pushing team members to complete the task within the deadline. It's not bad because they have paid for to do the job. This kind of bad is needed to keep business running.

Remember “if manager getting six figures sum on their paycheck, it's a lots of responsibilities are involved within the six figures.”

you are good at your job and you can do it very nicely there is no doubt about that, imagine if you have to manage team of 5 or 4 members, imagine you to track each and every person’s progress and Keep checking on them, while have to focus on other jobs also, meanwhile if somebody is not functioning properly and getting delayed in the task, imagine the person who is the incharge of the all task and giving the feedback to the higher up’s which entire attention is focusing and gathering the data for next month forecast of the progress, Sales forecast, project progress report, financial value, it can be anything. 

Imagine a data is not completed and person is presenting with incomplete data. Then it's a problem. 

Managers are not found of excuses. They don't have to entertain any of excuse. They are not paid for to hear the excuses. 

Similar in nature you have to be very cautious in your job, you are being paid for your job. It's your responsibility to complete the task within the deadline and inform the progress. If something is not lined up and not functioning then please try to resolve at your end, it's not everything that you can't handle, you can handle it very to getting results on the time, if you have to be Furious that be it, remember you are earning your paycheck. People will always ignore a good nature. 

Be prepared for yourself and be bad. 

when you are in charge of the job then do it very properly.

Assess the situation. 

You can find most of the answer when your assessing the situation of the task, assessing the functionality of your fellow colleagues, team members can give you most of clear picture at the first attempt. You know what time is take to complete a task and you are realising that the person you are assigned the task is taking too much time then you have to be tell them and very straight manner this is the timeline and he or she is taking too much time. 

Observe the surrounding. 

when you are giving the task or your performing the task it doesn't mean that you have to forget about your surrounding, also keep watch on the surrounding, in your office at job you must be vigilant what is going on the other side, you have to keep your eyes open, if you have given the task which is already above your limit and your capacity, but other team is idle or less bothered, then keep the fact in the mind, let your superiors know very clearly. You can say that if they are not functioning properly then you don't have to be a flag bearer of goody hoody. 

Be strong on your words. 

Money time persons or not communicating properly because managers are pushing them to the limits, because they know the person is not going to answer back. It's your time to question and challenges same when you are overloaded with your task. 

Let's refer a classic example.

Mr greedy one is the manager of divine chocolates. His Subordinate is Mr needy one & they both running the division. 

They are doing good till Mr Greedy one decided to resign and go somewhere else. 

Surprisingly Mr Needy one is approach by the higher up's to to manage the complete division of divine chocolate till a new manager is appointed. 

Mr Needy one is agreed to take the responsibility.

He asked higher up’s : how long it will take to appoint new manager?

Higher up’s: it will take a month to appoint, why you have asked the question?

Mr Needy one: sir I can take the additional responsibility for one month but, if the searching continues and no one is appointed after 1 month then you have to appoint me as an interim manager & have to give temporary pay raise as Mr Greedy one was earning. 

In this scenario Mr Needy one has cleared in simple but strong words that he is ready to cooperate but with only certain period of time. 

Punish / expose the culprits

The culprits, a person who is highly manipulative to get you into trouble every time. You don't have to be very good with them. Don't like them to score easily. Fight back and show them what you are capable of. A person who is throwing stones must be exposed and punished. Because at work the reputation of being good is not enough. Your reputation must be fearsome. Because person will not take you seriously until you started to take yourself seriously. Don't let your manipulative colleagues and your opponents go easily. If they don't play fair then you also don't be fair. If somebody is trying to destroy you, then don't keep mum hits back with all your intelligence and ground work. Because information is a weapon that you cannot imagine how much information can work. Gather data, gather evidence, prepare everything you can and show them you are not fool as they think. 

Again being bad it's not a bad thing at all..
