Leveraging Artificial Intelligence for News Presentation

In the fast-paced digital era, the way news is consumed has undergone a dramatic transformation. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), the presentation of news has become more personalized, engaging, and efficient. Today, we delve into the profound impact AI has on presenting news content, revolutionizing the way information is disseminated and consumed.

Understanding AI in News Presentation

AI algorithms are adept at analyzing vast amounts of data in real-time, enabling news platforms to tailor content according to individual preferences and behaviors. Through sophisticated machine learning techniques, AI can comprehend user interests, browsing history, and engagement patterns to deliver highly relevant and timely news updates. This level of personalization enhances user experience and fosters deeper engagement with the content.

Personalized Recommendations

One of the key benefits of AI in news presentation is its ability to offer personalized recommendations. By analyzing user interactions and preferences, AI algorithms can suggest articles, videos, and topics that align with the user's interests. This personalized approach not only enhances user satisfaction but also increases user retention and loyalty. Moreover, personalized recommendations enable news platforms to deliver targeted advertising, thereby maximizing revenue opportunities.

Real-time Content Curation

AI-powered news platforms leverage real-time data analysis to curate content dynamically. By monitoring trending topics, social media discussions, and user interactions, AI algorithms can identify and prioritize relevant news stories as they unfold. This real-time content curation ensures that users have access to the latest and most impactful news updates, enhancing the relevance and timeliness of the content.

Automated Content Creation

Another remarkable application of AI in news presentation is automated content creation. AI algorithms can generate news articles, summaries, and reports by analyzing data from various sources, synthesizing information, and crafting coherent narratives. This automation streamlines the content creation process, enabling news platforms to publish a diverse range of high-quality articles at scale. Additionally, automated content creation frees up human resources, allowing journalists and editors to focus on in-depth reporting and analysis.

Enhancing User Engagement

AI-powered news presentation enhances user engagement through interactive features and immersive experiences. By incorporating elements such as personalized notifications, multimedia content, and interactive graphics, news platforms can captivate audiences and encourage active participation. Furthermore, AI-driven chatbots and virtual assistants provide users with instant access to information, answering queries and facilitating discussions in real-time. These interactive features not only enrich the user experience but also foster community engagement and collaboration.

Ensuring Ethical and Transparent Practices

While AI offers tremendous potential in news presentation, it also raises concerns regarding ethical and transparent practices. As algorithms play a significant role in content selection and recommendation, it is essential to ensure fairness, diversity, and accountability in decision-making processes. News platforms must prioritize ethical considerations, such as unbiased content curation, transparency in algorithmic processes, and protection of user privacy. By upholding ethical standards, news platforms can build trust with their audience and maintain credibility in the digital landscape.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the use of Artificial Intelligence in presenting news content represents a paradigm shift in the media industry. From personalized recommendations to real-time content curation and automated content creation, AI-powered news platforms offer unparalleled advantages in engaging and informing audiences. However, it is imperative for news organizations to uphold ethical standards and transparency while leveraging AI technologies. By harnessing the power of AI responsibly, news platforms can deliver a more tailored, engaging, and informative news experience for users worldwide

Electrical Vehicles Are Not the Future

electric car driving through a city Opens in a new window

electric car driving through a city

The world is moving towards a future where electricity powers our transportation. Electric vehicles (EVs) are becoming increasingly popular, and many governments are offering incentives to encourage people to buy them. However, there are a number of reasons why EVs may not be the best solution for our transportation needs.

Limited Range

One of the biggest drawbacks of EVs is their limited range. Most EVs can only travel around 200 miles on a single charge, which is significantly less than the range of a gasoline-powered car. This can be a major inconvenience for people who drive long distances.

Charging Infrastructure

Another major challenge for EVs is the lack of charging infrastructure. There are not enough charging stations available, and the ones that are available are often slow and unreliable. This can make it difficult for people to find a place to charge their EVs, and it can also make it difficult to plan long trips.

Cost

EVs are still significantly more expensive than gasoline-powered cars. The cost of the batteries is a major factor in this, and it is unlikely that the cost of EVs will come down significantly in the near future.

Environmental Impact

While EVs are better for the environment than gasoline-powered cars, they are not perfect. The mining of lithium for EV batteries can have a negative impact on the environment, and the disposal of EV batteries is also a problem.

Alternatives

There are a number of alternatives to EVs that could be more sustainable and practical. Hydrogen fuel cell vehicles are one promising alternative. Hydrogen fuel cells produce electricity from hydrogen and oxygen, and they can have a longer range than EVs. Hydrogen fuel cells are also more efficient than internal combustion engines, so they produce fewer emissions.

Another alternative is to improve the efficiency of gasoline-powered cars. There are a number of technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency of gasoline-powered cars, such as using lighter materials and improving engine design.

Conclusion

EVs are a promising technology, but they are not the only solution for our transportation needs. There are a number of other alternatives that could be more sustainable and practical. It is important to consider all of the options before making a decision about the future of transportation.

Additional Considerations

In addition to the points mentioned above, there are a number of other factors to consider when evaluating the future of EVs. One factor is the availability of electricity. If the world is going to rely on EVs, then we need to make sure that there is enough electricity to power them. This will require a major investment in renewable energy sources.

Another factor to consider is the cost of electricity. The cost of electricity varies from place to place, and it is possible that the cost of electricity could increase significantly in the future. This could make EVs even more expensive to operate.

Finally, it is important to consider the impact of EVs on the economy. The production of EVs is a major industry, and the switch to EVs could have a significant impact on the jobs market.

Overall, the future of EVs is uncertain. There are a number of challenges that need to be addressed before EVs can become a mainstream transportation option. However, EVs have the potential to be a sustainable and practical way to reduce our reliance on fossil fuels.

It is important to continue to invest in EV technology and to address the challenges that exist. With continued research and development, EVs could become the future of transportation.

Conclusion

The debate over the future of EVs is likely to continue for many years to come. There are strong arguments both for and against EVs. Ultimately, the decision of whether or not EVs are the future of transportation will depend on a number of factors, including the cost of EVs, the availability of electricity, and the cost of electricity.

I hope this blog post has given you some food for thought on the future of EVs

Welcome to this week's blog on the intersection of corporate facts and geopolitics. Here are some of the top stories from the past week:

Welcome to this week's blog on the intersection of corporate facts and geopolitics. Here are some of the top stories from the past week:

  • Apple faces backlash in China: Apple has come under fire in China for its decision to ban a podcast app that featured content related to the ongoing protests in Hong Kong. The move has been seen as capitulation to Chinese censorship, and has sparked a backlash against the company in China, which is a key market for Apple. The incident highlights the challenges faced by multinational corporations in navigating the complex geopolitical landscape of China.

  • Iran faces economic pressure: The United States has imposed new sanctions on Iran, targeting the country's financial sector and its oil exports. The move is part of a broader effort by the Trump administration to increase economic pressure on Iran and force it to change its behavior on issues such as nuclear proliferation and support for terrorism. The sanctions are likely to have significant economic impacts, and could also have geopolitical repercussions by further destabilizing the Middle East.

  • Facebook's political ad policies: Facebook has announced new policies governing political advertising on its platform ahead of the 2020 US presidential election. The policies require political ads to include disclaimers about who paid for them, and also give users the ability to see all ads being run by a particular political candidate or group. The move is aimed at increasing transparency around political advertising on Facebook, which has been criticized in the past for its lack of transparency on this issue.

  • Saudi Aramco IPO: Saudi Arabia's state-owned oil company, Saudi Aramco, is planning an initial public offering (IPO) later this year. The IPO is expected to be the largest in history, and could raise up to $100 billion. The move is part of Saudi Arabia's efforts to diversify its economy away from oil, and could have significant geopolitical implications by increasing the country's economic power and influence.

These are just a few of the many examples of the ways in which corporate facts and geopolitics are intertwined. As multinational corporations continue to operate in an increasingly complex and interconnected world, they will need to navigate these issues with care and diligence. Stay tuned for next week's blog, which will cover more developments in this dynamic and ever-changing landscape

Discounted Responsibilities

Discounted Responsibilities

In our daily lives, we often come across situations where we have certain responsibilities that we tend to neglect or delay. This phenomenon is commonly known as "discounted responsibilities." Discounted responsibilities are tasks that we put off or delay because they are not urgent or do not carry immediate consequences. However, over time, these neglected responsibilities can accumulate and lead to significant problems.

The act of discounting our responsibilities is a form of procrastination. We tend to focus on the present moment and prioritize tasks that provide immediate gratification, while neglecting tasks that require effort and time but have long-term benefits. For instance, we may choose to binge-watch our favorite show on Netflix instead of doing our homework or going to the gym.

The consequences of discounted responsibilities can range from minor inconveniences to severe problems. For example, neglecting to pay bills on time can result in late fees and damage to our credit scores. Similarly, procrastinating on completing a project can result in missed deadlines, poor performance, and even job loss.

One effective way to avoid discounted responsibilities is to establish a system of accountability. This can include setting goals, deadlines, and consequences for not meeting them. For example, if we want to start exercising regularly, we can set a goal of going to the gym three times a week and enlist a friend or family member to hold us accountable.

Another way to avoid discounted responsibilities is to break tasks into smaller, more manageable steps. This can make them less daunting and more achievable. For instance, if we need to clean our entire house, we can break the task into smaller steps such as cleaning one room at a time.

In conclusion, discounted responsibilities can have serious consequences if left unaddressed. By establishing accountability and breaking tasks into smaller steps, we can avoid the pitfalls of procrastination and stay on top of our responsibilities. It is important to remember that every task, no matter how small, contributes to our overall well-being and success.

Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, or Clean India Mission.

COVID-19 AND CHINA'S FUTURE.END OF THE WORLD FACTORY ?

As in this Current situation COVID-19 or Corona Virus has become a major concern for Rest of the world, it’s impact on the economy, health and infrastructure is astronomical.

But Every country in the world has started to doubt China's intention, where it is an accident or a failed bio weapon experiment.  Now we can focus on the timeline of his corona virus surfaces in china.

A 55-year-old individual from Hubei province in China may have been the first person to have contracted COVID-19, the disease caused by the new corona virus spreading across the globe. That case dates back to Nov. 17, 2019,

According to the various Media Reports, the virus has spread from the Wuhan lab of virology. Where various virus studies and synthetic virus creations can be developed. It is too convenient that the virus originated in the city where, lab of virology has been studied and developed various viruses and cultures.

After the virus case emerges and reported in China, no preventive actions were taken and not any warning or any advisory has been given, cause only two things are happened, First as china don’t know about the virus and didn’t take any actions, secondly, china is known about this virus capabilities and let the infection spread to keep running economy as they were convinced any few of cases will emerged and minimum casualties going to happen. As in china During 2002 -2003 severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) virus - an illness that originated in China and killed more than 770 people worldwide in 2002-2003.  As per the comparison of corona virus 770 deaths figuratively very few. Because suspicions come true when China has dealt with a similar virus before and started to weaponize it.  Ironically the virus started to spread where this virus is being studied and researched at wuhan lab of virology.

Now opportunity strikes when China reported to the WHO Country Office in China on 31 December 2019. Because when 1st case emerged on November 17 suspicious comes true when china started to lock down Wuhan on 23 January 2020,

On 30 December Dr Li Wenliang, an ophthalmologist at Wuhan Central Hospital, sent a message to fellow doctors in a chat group warning them about the outbreak and advising they wear protective clothing to avoid infection. After his message circulated to the media.  China imposed a lock down on 23 January 2020.

  • 1st case of corona virus Reported on 17 November 2019
  • Dr Li wenliang warned about virus on 30 December 2019
  • Lock down imposed on 23 January 2020.

China has hidden the information of real infection data and numbers and continues to trade freely and not taking any preventive measures which shows some hidden agenda is being played. Reason for hiding the information is only to defend the economy or incompetence to handle the outbreak is still a mystery.

After the Spreading of corona virus Europe and rest of the world,The US has by far the largest number of cases with some 672,000 confirmed infections, according to figures collated by Johns Hopkins University. This is more than eight times the number reported by China.

The US also has the world's highest death toll with more than 33,000 fatalities including more than 11,000 in New York City alone.

Italy - the worst hit European country - has recorded more than 22,000 deaths while the UK, Spain and France have each suffered more than 14,000, The outbreak was declared a global pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on 11 March. This is when an infectious disease is passing easily from person to person in many parts of the world at the same time. Now China is playing the sympathy game by sending four billion masks, 16,000 ventilators, 37.5 million pieces of protective clothing, and 2.84 million corona virus testing kits that have been exported to the EU. but fewer of European countries. At first glance it looks like a very good initiative but in reality China has exported mostly sub standard products to the EU.

One of the most affected countries, Spain withdrew 58,000 corona virus testing kits purchased from a Chinese company on March 27, after it was revealed they had a mere 30-percent detection rate.

Netherlands recalls defective masks imported from China. The Chinese embassy in Spain said the Shenzhen Bio easy Biotechnology group, which supplied the kits, did not possess any official license from medical authorities in China to sell its products.

On March 31, China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) said corona virus test exporters must obtain a registration certificate before selling their products.

The Netherlands recently recalled tens of thousands of masks it said did not close over the face properly or had defective filters.

When the corona virus infection spread in Wuhan, the capital of China's Hubei province, over a dozen countries including Turkey and France, sent humanitarian and medical aid. In return China sent substandard products to the world & keeps doing business in people's coffins.

"At the end of the global pandemic, not only world leaders, but all people all around the world will form a very personal opinion about China. And China's future in Europe and other countries look not so well as many countries are suffering from China's incompetence to handle the situation. And started to blame China for  the current situation. Which is not good for china.

Initially many countries now thinking a alternate sourcing options other than china because the countries that have a high dependency on China for goods--especially small components and parts--have suffered. Market experts fear that the world's over-reliance on China will continue to hurt global growth until the virus is contained.

Economists say the disruption caused by the virus in China could pave way for more foreign investments in emerging economies like India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam as the world looks to reduce dependency on China, the largest manufacturing hub in the world.

Experts feel that India has a good chance of becoming an attractive manufacturing hub given the present situation, provided the government tweaks some of its trade policies to bring down commodity prices, also India, Bangladesh, and Vietnam has very young workforce.  The corona virus outbreak in China provides a good opportunity to India to expand trade and follow an export-driven model, India has been following the same pattern in terms of mobile manufacturing in the country. So, if one looks from this perspective, it provides a good opportunity for India.

In this context, India is very well positioned to help build a more dynamic and sustainable world. Based on the Global Competitiveness Index, India is the most competitive country in South Asia. India has a competitive advantage in the services including the Information Technology Services, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, and Medical tourism sectors. Right now, it is particularly ripe for market reforms in view of the solid platform created by Make in India and Invest India initiatives of indian government. India also looks at economic slowdown due to the pandemic. Once the pandemic is brought under control, India must actively engage in rebuilding the world economy. The world must think beyond naked profit and look to shift manufacturing and sourcing the services to a democratic and competitive nation which guarantees basic freedoms, is committed to reforms and can continuously adapt and innovate to changing global market needs. That is the essential economic take away from the catastrophic disruption of supply chains due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

China’s reputation has taken a bad dent and no way of returning to the former glory of dragons. Henceforth Europe, USA and other countries will think and redesign their trade deals with china and mostly china will fall on ground that time will decide. .

Corporate Facts- Chapter- 3 (Top 05 Question Asked During Interview and comeback answers)

Top 05 Question Asked During Interview and comeback answers

I have this blog waiting to be published, As i have to share my Personal Experience in interview questions. As I have spent almost a decade long in my journey, I have faced  a Few interviews, discussion and interaction. In my point of view some are very common and some are very different.  Henceforth i had decided to share it with you. Hope you can find this interesting.

Question- 1 : Tell me about your Self in one line.

Analysis: This Question shows your answering capabilities and how you Evaluate yourself is the most important. Nobody can introduce himself/herself better than him/herself. henceforth the answer must be specific and not very lengthy.

Answer:  Well I have been working in the service industry since last 05 years as Senior Executive and i have very good exposure in other industries and various disciplines which combines total experience  of 15 years total, my major skills focuses on project Management, Contract and client Management.

Thought & Reasoning: In one line you can say a lot about yourself without even thinking hard, cause the interviewer has your Credential checked, may be reviewed your CV/Resume thoroughly. Interviewer wants to see how confident you are in your answer.

Question -2: If you have been selected today, what is the first thing you do?

Analysis: This is the Tricky question, most candidates talk about informing their Parents, friends, and talking to colleagues. And this is the most vulnerable moment for yourself. Because this is  a psychological question. Because it shows how you can think logically in the situation.

Answer: Well sir/ Madam, then I will be grateful to you for my selection and and thanks you very much for it, but rather than talking about it we should move forward to do the process further to my selection and discuss it deeply about my roles and responsibilities and compensation.

Thought & Reasoning:  When you are asked about the selection, don’t jump to the conclusion easily, rather than thinking about other things, think first that, you are in a middle of a finalization the deal of your life, which shows your compassion and situation awareness, in which you will fails to do analyze easily, selection or any deal only finalized when you have gone for Contract/ written proposal, without it you had blow your chance, henceforth be realistic for your answers.

Question -3 :   Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?

Analysis: This the most common and trickery question about your evaluation in an interview.   Because this question shows how confident you are about your future steps.

Answer: I am Seeing myself a reliable and trustworthy employee, Handling, challenging assignments at Senior Position and keep learning and educating myself with skills developments.

If interviewer still insists about your clear goals then you can say a with confident about your goals but not the irrelevant and crazy quotes.

For  Example: If you say i want to be CEO of the company in the next five years and you have just graduated from college, people may not believe in you but may laugh at you. Henceforth  please keep it simple and realistic. If you want to be specific about any position then thick calmly and answer logically.

Question-4 : What Do You Think Of Your Last Boss ?

Analysis: Thought & Reasoning:: This is another trapping question to reveal loyalty about yourself. If you say very negatively about your former boss or superior than you are considered biased and disloyal to our superior, even if your boss was a horrible and bad person, you can’t say a bad word about him/her in your interview. Only discuss positive outcomes and achievement about your boss and yourself.

Answer:  I was very fortunate to work with my boss who was very good at work, He taught me the importance of sticking to deadlines and motivated me to perform at my best. I’m much better at time management as a result of working with him, and I’m really grateful for the opportunity to have him as an employer.

Question-5 : Your current organization is far better than us, why do you want to join our organization ?

Analysis: The most fundamental logic to ask this question is how you are comfortable in the next employment which is smaller in operation. Everybody has a reason to choose  his/her next employment, but joining the smaller organization has a different endgame, henceforth the answer must be specific and oriented.

Answer: Good Question Sir, I belong to an organization which has a large no of operation and huge set ups to work with and we are very good at what we are doing.  But i have a limitation in scope of work where personal and knowledge growth is not that much as i am seeking, fundamentally you have to work in the same division and same process has be followed, which has almost no room of creativity and freedom, which binds me in a very repetitive routine which can kill my enthusiasm and competitive nature, your organization is a smaller than us but in your organization i can perform better as more challenging and creative way to do perform the assignment. Which is the only reason to join your organization.

Thought & Reasoning:  working  a small or medium organization is not a big deal, but sometimes your creativity, Freedom of Expression and, satisfaction matters the most. That's why many creative people choose this way for their own satisfaction.

Hope you like it and you can share your interaction also. If you like this article pls comment and let me know  because based on your Feedback 2nd part will be published soon.

Workplace bullying- New Era of Autocracy

In today's corporate world we have often found our self in Humiliating situation,  when our seniors occasionally intentionally troll ourselves Openly just prove their authority over us.

I think you have encountered this kind of similar situation in your entire career for you may be facing the situation currently at your job.Smacking down Verbally without any cause it's just like a fashion is a corporate nowadays just to prove a point and showing off.

I call them corporate  bully,  you heard it right,  corporate Bully is a new age of bossism, you can now call these days,  often you have found that you are in the middle of unwanted situation when your senior, your boss is verbally abusing you without even knowing that reason. This is a classic example of  corporate bullying.  just think about it, you come on and from the weekend and you are started to organizing your Monday’s priority list, you are about to catch your daily list to be prepared, you are clearing your weekends pending task and you are preparing for a new fresh weekdays planning and suddenly your boss comes out of Nowhere and started to blame You about it not clearing your pending  assignment for week.  you know that you had been already cleared your previous week's assignments on Friday evening and there is nothing  pending on your  desk.

This is a classic example of control freak,  control freak just want to control everything,  they wants to control that teammates,  subordinates, juniors, even they want to control the clients also. These Control freaks openly try to dominate their down-line with verbal abuse, They just want to show from the beginning of the week, that they are in the control of everything.

This kind of person who doesn't have faith on their teammates, juniors, they always shows that that they are running the show, they constantly make the feeling for their down-line that they are incompetent to handle such a great assignments that he or she has to interfere in each and every step of the process and the escalate the matter and to Expedite the process.  This people can’t Trust  their own down-line. Openly in the process they they try to dominate the team by why verbally abusing and creating unnecessary scene.  because they cannot trust the people with the task and they constantly lives in a state of denial, that their team is not adequate enough to handle the  assignments.

if Manager think that his or her team  has not adequate capability to handle  the task,  then as a manager uh he or she have to be a identify the weaknesses of  team and must have to try to empower them, educate them in the process, which is sufficiently gives the confidence to the down-line, that they can run the show with their Guidance. instead of that not empowerment or corrective actions, he or she just simply choose to not to listen & goes back to the defense mechanism.  they always claiming that their team is not sufficient.

This is the also one of the main reason when employee is  humiliated  again and again in the  name of the process.

The Other kind of  persons who is constantly Abusing their teammates in their down-line just to show that he or she is the senior. This kind of persons want to shows off the title and their power whenever they see the audience.

Kind of persons are abusing their power just to do please themselves with this feelings of the self satisfaction of  victimizing the others.

They just want to keep finding flaws and errors in your assignments & in your daily Routine jobs. For example if you don't say him or her good morning when they come to your desk immediately tell you that you are rude and unpleasantly subordinate, who doesn't have a time to  greeting to their seniors.

this kind of persons are always on a power trip and always want to show that he or she is the manager, the CEO, or  for superior person in the organisation for which everybody has to fear of him or her.

This kind of atmosphere is no longer helpful to the productive culture of the organisation because when employee is under constant pressure of humiliating, at any moment employees cannot focus on the task precisely and when some some of the seniors Keep checking on them self around every 15 minutes with the progress of the task, employees find themselves locked in a cage, they cannot Express their feelings or cannot escape the jail,  this leads a moral fatigue & falling down the employees.

workplace bullying is the main reason where employees found themselves to quit their services and go outside.

workplace bullying is is the common practice in the organisation when, in the environment open communication is not made, when the seniors are all already hearing from the one side, they don't want to communicate with that down and they are not open for the discussion, don't want to take inputs, they want to act like a director of the company and doesn't want to change because their defense mechanism not allowing themselves to change.

The major research shows majority tactics of a corporate bullying is as follows.

Corporate Facts, Chapter -2 Hiring people nowadays is not an easy job

Hiring people order recruiting people for the right task nowadays is not an easy job. Because nowadays people are much smarter and much focus and much goal oriented. The scenario is different from a decade ago or 5 years before. Nowadays people can turn down a good offer for not having a five days week culture. People now expect much for flexibility and much more appreciation rather than a good pay, people often leave the company, when they are not getting enough exposure, not enough appreciation or maybe they get another opportunity in which they can see their goal is order will be going to be fulfilled.

When a person leaves its not an easy task for the human resources/recruiting person or a recruiting agency, nowadays company will hire recruiting agency to get more reliable talent, and also wants to save the time it is screening for the right candidate.

All off us are mostly ignore human resources person or a recruiting person in the company. Because when we have a friend or someone we know we want to get inside of organisation only then we communicate with HR /recruiting person.

But just think about it when a person leave the organisation, ignore the person leaves, but the amount of time the organisation has invested in a person also goes, right now people are much focus and much more practical these days, people will immediately withdrawn their services from the job when they got a higher opportunity.

Now just think about it when a person leaves the company, the job of human resources/recruiting agency starts at the moment when person gives resignation letter.

Human resources or recruiting agency starts to fill the blank and invites applications through social media, through job portals, and another many ways.

Now human resources/recruiting agency posted job online, and the responses started to comes in terms of email or number of phone calls, even they jet number of references within the organisation. When an application comes the screening of the evolution process begins at the same moment. Screening of profiles, cvs takes a llot time to evaluate.

Just imagine for a single position human resource manager or recruiting agency has received 250 profile or CV, then they have to be very patient with the screening.

See how the screening works take a look.

  • Review of the profile / curriculum vitae.

First of all human resources Executive Manager/ recruiting agency must have to review the CV or at least have to review the job description or responsibilities mentioned in the CV / profile.

Now just imagine, before choosing the right candidate you must have to look at the profile and you must have to read between the lines. Review of profile / CV is not an easy job. When you got much more response for a position its must be reviewed thoroughly, so talented or possible candidate must not be left out in the process.

they must have to shortlist a possible candidates out of number of profile / CV screening.

  • Sorting profiles / CV under different categories.

Many times screening of profile / CV awfully considered as a sorting process. But screening and sorting it's a two different things, which all times almost taken as granted.

Sorting of profile / CV has various attributes of various criteria.

For example, you must have to select profile / CV in two different categories. First one is qualified, second one is possibly qualified.

now imagine a management or client has a different set of requirements at the last moment.

If the management / client required a candidate from the local city. Then you have to look at all the possibilities.doing above all processes again.

Just think they have already completed screening 100 profile / CV, now they have to done it again as per requirement of Management /client.

  • A fully brief analysis of profile / CV

The pain doesn't stop there, human resources manager / recruiter must have to screen or thoroughly reviewing the profile / CV in detail.

What kind of details they have to review just look at it.

  1. Candidates job responsibilities of the current organisation and desirable education qualification/ professional qualification. Are all the criteria of fits  in the requirement on the client/ organisation ?
  2. Must have to review if any work gaps.
  3. Thoroughly review of the each previous organisations work history which has relevance to the current requirement.
  4. Work experience at all previous organisations.
  5. Number of job change in short amount of period.
  6. Reviewing skill of the candidate.
  7. achievements from all previous organisation/ employer.
  8. Salary requirement
  9. Notice period with adequate time scale.

  • Records management

A profile / CV if not considered for the job or rejected, human resource manager / recruiter have to record. They have to ensure a person profile / CV must not be presented again if it is not considered / rejected.

  • Final summarisation.

HR manager / recruiter have to shortlist candidates summary for quick reference.
  1. Review of role description to ensure desirable qualities.
  2. Identify key skill abilities and qualification for each application.
  3. Scoring each profile by awarding points.
  4. Handing over profile / CV to management or client.

The buck not stop here.

  1. After considering profile/CV HR manager or recruiter they have to contact candidate and starts conversation about,
  2. Current responsibilities of candidate & Informing for Desirable job Description.
  3. Candidates availability for interview.
  4. Interview management.
  5. Selection and finalization process.
  6. Negotiation of package and salaries. & so much goes on.

After doing above all the things HR manager / recruiter must have to observe candidate’s behaviour and feedback during initial period.

That’s Why i called ‘’Hiring people nowadays is not an easy job’’
